In the heart of Trento since 1992

Opened in 1992, Bouganville is one of Trento's historic restaurants. It is now run by Andrea Peserico, a young entrepreneur from Vicenza, who carries on its tradition with local cuisine and fresh energy in the dining room.

Locale molto ampio e confortevole, personale molto attento e gentile, piatti gustosi e di qualità con una vasta scelta anche per celiaci. Presente anche una bella saletta per eventi di gruppo (capienza all' incirca 25 persone) che può essere "isolata" dal resto

Ottima esperienza anche dal punto di vista dei vini. Carta davvero ben selezionata, con etichette ricercate e abbinamenti perfetti sia per carne che per pesce. Bello trovare proposte non banali e personale preparato nel consigliare il vino giusto. Si percepisce passione e attenzione per la qualità. Abbiamo trascorso una serata favolosa. Andrea, il titolare, persona squisita e attenta a tutte le esigenze dei clienti. Ginevra ci ha incantati con la sua gentilezza. Torneremo spesso sicuramente. Ottimo locale non troppo distante dal centro di Trento. Cibo ottimo, personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Porzioni molto molto abbondanti, per un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale! Arredi moderni, ben curati e raffinati. Adatto ad appuntamenti romantici e per gruppi.

Where is the restaurant and where can I park?

Ristorante Pizzeria Bouganville is at Via Francesco Petrarca 1/4 in Trento, in the same building as a large paid car park: leave your car and you are at your table in a few steps.

How far is the restaurant from Trento city centre?

Just a few minutes' walk. The restaurant is convenient both for those visiting the historic centre and for those arriving by car, thanks to the car park in the same building.

Are you open for lunch and dinner?

Yes. At lunchtime we offer a dedicated menu; in the evening, the dinner menu and our à la carte selection. Up-to-date opening hours are in the Contact section of this page.
